Market Support Staff Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

As a Staff Pharmacist – Market Support at Walmart, you’ll provide clinical pharmacy services across multiple store locations, ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and adherence to state and federal regulations. You will counsel patients, perform DUR, administer immunizations, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize drug therapy. You’ll support inventory control, oversee pharmacy technicians, and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards. In this role, you’ll help drive excellent customer service while supporting regional pharmacy operations and mentoring pharmacy staff.
