NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.


Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | Days or Overnights

Starting pay rate is $36.00/hour or more based on experience
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

1 month - $400

3 months- $600

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise to promote the health, safety, and overall well-being of the individuals we serve. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing and medical assessments.
  • Develop, implement, review, and update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications according to established guidelines and maintain accurate medication documentation.
  • Monitor and support individuals with complex or high-risk medical conditions.
  • Coordinate care and maintain communication with primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Promote preventive care, health education, and wellness initiatives.
  • Participate in the development of Individual Health Plans (IHPs) and Plans of Care (POCs).
  • Develop individualized healthcare protocols based on identified medical needs.
  • Provide medical skills training and education to individuals served, staff, caregivers, respite providers, and families when appropriate.
  • Provide clinical guidance regarding home care needs and the proper use of durable medical equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records, physician orders, medication administration records, and other required documentation.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and other program committees as needed.
  • Assist with transportation, meal preparation, light household activities, and other program needs when required.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
  • Perform additional nursing-related responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an RN who is compassionate, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable supporting individuals with complex needs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • At least one year of experience working with medically complex individuals
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance when transportation of individuals served is required
  • Ability to travel as needed
