<p style="text-align:center"><b>Come create your career with Volt!</b></p> <p style="text-align:center">Volt is immediately hiring a<b> 1st Shift Machine Operator </b>in<b> Colorado Springs, Co.</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>As a Machine Operator you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and work instructions</li> <li>Operate computer-controlled and manually controlled automated equipment</li> <li>Select, position, and secure materials and components for production processes</li> <li>Monitor machine performance and adjust machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency</li> <li>Complete production tasks accurately and within required specifications</li> <li>Observe and assist during equipment repairs and maintenance activities performed by Technicians</li> <li>Learn and utilize precision measuring tools to verify product quality and specifications</li> <li>Perform routine inspections and monitor equipment operation throughout the production process</li> </ul> <p>This is a<b> full-time, temp to hire </b>position<b>. </b></p> <p><b>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.</b></p> <p><b>Machine Operator </b>candidates must meet the following requirements<b>:</b></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>One year of automation, machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required</li> <li>Basic computer skills and ability to enter data as required</li> <li>Willingness to learn automation processes, equipment operation, and precision measuring tools</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay for this position is $20.50/hr.</b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
