Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Certificate completion required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:

Preferred Credentials: Multiple sonography registry areas preferred.

Unit Details: Uses ultrasound equipment to direct high-frequency sound waves to a prescribed area of the patient’s body and capture quality images describing the composition, shape, and motion of tissues, organs, vessels, and pathology. Provides direct patient care, including assessing patient condition and ability to cooperate; positions patients and equipment, prepares patients for procedures, continually monitors and records vital signs, and observes for reactions and signs of impending complications. Summarizes, documents, verifies, and presents images, findings, calculations, and measurements to physicians. Supervises and mentors ultrasound personnel and maintains equipment.

Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required
