Mercy is seeking compassionate new graduate nurses for our NICU RN Residency within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. This comprehensive program prepares RNs to care for critically ill and premature newborns through structured education, precepted clinical shifts, and simulation-based training. Residents will develop skills in neonatal assessment, ventilator and medication management, family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
