Looking for a hands-on role where you can make an impact every day? Join our Racine, WI team as a Warehouse Production Associate and help keep products moving from production to customers. You'll work alongside a supportive team, assist with packaging and material handling, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a safe, productive workplace. No matter your level of experience, we're looking for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

What will your job involve?

  • Inspect and sort products for quality
  • Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Operate warehouse and production equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized work areaAssist with inventory and material replenishment
  • Support daily production and shipping goals
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational needs

    • What are we looking for?

    Nice to Have

  • Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, or forklifts
  • Experience with order fulfillment, packing, shipping, or receiving operations
  • Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse processes
