Were seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine physician to join our team at our Rivertown Primary Care office in Grandville, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
- Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Rivertown offers primary care services to patients of all ages
- Physician will manage their own patient panel providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care to all age groups
- Physicians who enjoy providing prenatal care are encouraged to apply but not required for the role
- Facility also offers Podiatry, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Lab and X-ray
- Practice currently has 3 physicians and 5 APPs
- 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week in the office. Leaders are willing to offer flexibility to create a balanced schedule for everyone
- Shared Unrestricted call coverage with other family medicine physicians in the medical group, ensuring excellent work-life balance

Requirements
- Open to experience and new graduates
- Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
