• OB hospitalist -- 24 hr shifts (12, 36, and 48 hr also available)
• Approximately 8 births per shift
• 625 births per year
• OB triage, deliveries, C-sections, VBAC, circumcisions required
• ER coverage -- D&C, ectopic pregnancies, postop gyn and OB rounding
• Low-risk (NTSV) C-section rate: 14.5%
• Ongoing coverage needs throughout 2027
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
