A reputable, growing plastic surgery practice is seeking a plastic surgeon passionate about cosmetic surgery and building a thriving aesthetic practice.
Practice/Organization Details:
• Established practice with 3 plastic surgeons, CRNAs, experienced surgical assistants, and complete support staff
• Cosmetic-focused case mix including breast lift/augmentation, mommy makeovers, tummy tucks, and more
• No call with a predictable schedule and no late nights
• Ability to focus on surgery without the burden of running a business
• Flexible case volumes with the capacity to efficiently manage high-volume surgical activity
• Established national reach, drawing patients from both coasts
• Team-oriented environment with a small-practice feel where your voice, ideas and input are valued
• Strong base salary offered with productivity incentives
