MRM for Health is looking for an Associate Copywriter who is talented and eager to learn. Whether it’s brainstorming ideas, crafting copy, or collaborating with the creative and account teams, you do it with zest. While you’ve got your own style, you know how to be flexible and adapt to whatever brand or medium you’re working on. 

 

About the Job 

  • Supports the daily creative execution of projects including writing, adapting from core materials, reviewing projects, incorporating comments, referencing, and annotating  
  • Learns brand, disease state, clinical trials and data, and competitive products  
  • Understands brand strategies; generate original conceptual ideas that are on brand and on strategy 
  • With guidance, capable of writing in a brand voice and demonstrating a clear understanding of disease state and/or product category 
  • Incorporate and implement content direction or changes provided by Copy leadership, the Client (Brand Team or Medical, Legal, Regulatory teams), Account or Strategy 
  • Takes initiative in research and referencing documentation 
  • Understands the role of a brief, its objectives and mandatories, and how it informs concept and content 
  • Delivers assignments/projects on time 
  • Works collaboratively with all cross-functional team members including Editing, Project Management, Art, and Account Management  
  • Learn the basics regarding legal, medical, and regulatory pharma guidelines 

 

About You

  • 0-1 years of advertising/marketing/writing experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience  
  • Portfolio of your work (from school, internships, personal projects)

This role will be based in New York City. The salary range for this position is $66,300 to $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.





$66,300-$70,000



Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
