Clinical Nurse

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Clinical Nurse, Vascular for its Tyson’s medical office building to deliver specialized vascular care in an ambulatory setting. In this on-call role, you will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate closely with vascular specialists and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, assisting with vascular procedures, monitoring patient status, and providing clear education to patients and families. You will document care in the EHR, follow evidence-based protocols, support quality initiatives, and ensure safe, compassionate, patient-centered service during on-call coverage hours.
