Manufacturing Engineer II

Location: Telford, TN

This position is responsible for independently supporting and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and the ability to meet manufacturing schedules and growth targets.

Lead development and optimization of new and existing production processes to improve efficiency, capacity, and cost.
Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and quality issues.
Develop and implement process flows, layouts, and line strategies for new or transferred production lines.
Play a lead technical role in supplier evaluation including capability assessment, tolerances, and tooling design review.
Lead Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Lean initiatives with measurable business impact.
