Sales and Community Manager

Full Time | On Site | $65,000 to $70,000 base | Bonuses up to $15,000 | Paid Insurance

A national organization in the food and hospitality sector is hiring a Sales and Community Manager to build early presence in the Houston market and drive pre-opening membership sales for a new facility launching next year. The role blends sales, relationship building, and community engagement supporting local food businesses.


About the Role

You will connect with food entrepreneurs, hospitality groups, and local partners, conduct pre-opening tours, and secure early commitments. After the facility reaches full occupancy, the role shifts toward internal community management, events, member engagement, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle sales: outreach, tours, proposals, and closing.
  • Build relationships with local food operators and hospitality partners.
  • Conduct pre-opening tours and secure early memberships.
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM accuracy.
  • Support onboarding and initial member setup.
  • Provide day-to-day member assistance and help maintain a positive on-site experience.
  • Coordinate operational needs and vendor activity.
  • Participate in community events and local marketing efforts.
  • Report on sales activity and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of sales experience with proven results.
  • Background in hospitality, foodservice, customer success, or community management.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable guiding members through processes and enforcing policies.
  • CRM proficiency.
  • Interest in supporting small food businesses.
  • Comfortable working on site in an active environment.
  • Preferred: experience in food and beverage, shared spaces, real estate, or business support;
  • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000.
