Dental Receptionist - Sign on Bonus
We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. At Premier Endodontic Associates, we take pride in the care we provide to every patient. As a key member of the team, you will help support that experience from the moment each patient walks through the door.
Schedule: Full Time
One to two Saturdays per month
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
~1+ years of dental front office experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with dental practice management software
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
1,500 Sign on Bonus
