Chief Certified Nurse Midwife

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Chief Certified Nurse Midwife to lead full-scope midwifery services within our integrated Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered practice. The Chief CNM will supervise and mentor midwifery staff, collaborate closely with obstetric and neonatal teams, and drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Responsibilities include clinical leadership, scheduling, policy development, and supporting innovation in care models to enhance maternal and newborn outcomes across our diverse patient population.
