Occupational Therapist Assistant

CenterWell Home Health seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver compassionate, in-home therapy services within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans to help patients enhance independence, safety, and quality of life in their home environments. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and caregiver education while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
