BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a Teaching Hospitalist position in St. Louis, Missouri at Missouri Baptist Medical Center , the largest community-based hospital within BJC Medical Group.

Hospitalist Job Highlights

• Teaching Hospitalist position with resident education responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor two residents
• Maximum census of 7 patients per resident
• 7 AM to 7 PM schedule
• Closed 30-bed ICU
• Epic EMR

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• 2 to 5 years of Hospital Medicine experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

BJC Medical Group offers one of the most competitive physician compensation packages in the region:

• $300,000 base salary
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• $100,000 student loan repayment
• Annual quality bonus
• Tenure bonus beginning in year three

• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
