Overlake is creating a new Timekeeping Operations team to provide organization-wide leadership and operational oversight for timecard administration. We're looking for a proven leader who understands wage and hour requirements, timekeeping controls, payroll interfaces, data privacy and audit practices.The Manager of this new team will oversee two timekeeping coordinators who will ensure accurate and timely time card entry, review and correction of employee timecards.

The Opportunity:

• Supports employees and managers
• Leads proactive reporting and analysis of timekeeping trends
• Monitors meal and rest break compliance and reporting
• Works to resolve issues, strengthen processes and support compliance
• Improves the employee and manager experience.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping or a related function is required.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of prior management or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with UKG & Workday preferred
