Novant Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Pre-Op/PACU team within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pre-operative assessments, deliver safe post-anesthesia recovery care, monitor vital signs, manage IV therapies, and respond to changes in patient condition. You will educate patients and families on perioperative expectations, collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers, and document care in the EHR.
