Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Clerk to join their team. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be an integral part of the office support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations at the Denver plant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resourcefulness, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently, contributing positively to a dynamic work environment.

Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

  • Handle various clerical duties including answering phones and welcoming guests
  • Assist office staff with administrative tasks and support daily operations
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports as needed
  • Respond to questions and requests for information promptly and accurately
  • Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed correctly, maintaining organization and efficiency

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
