Home Health Branch Director

CenterWell Home Health, part of Humana Inc., seeks a Home Health Branch Director to lead a multidisciplinary team of RNs, PTs, and OTs delivering in-home care to seniors and adults with chronic conditions. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee branch operations, ensure high-quality, compliant clinical care, and drive patient outcomes and satisfaction. You’ll manage staffing, performance, and budgets while fostering a collaborative, patient-first culture. Partner with physicians and caregivers, support professional growth, and help patients recover, manage illness, and remain independent at home.
