REGISTERED NURSE

Novant Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Neuro ICU within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will provide complex, evidence-based care to critically ill neurological patients, including post-stroke, trauma, and neurosurgical cases. Responsibilities include continuous patient assessment, titration of vasoactive and sedation drips, ventilator and ICP monitoring, and rapid response to neurologic changes. You will collaborate closely with an expert interdisciplinary team, support families through critical decisions, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.
