Full job description

Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy AGM for our high-end coastally-inspired restaurant concept. This candidate must be an expert at craft cocktail menu development and managing inventory and controlling costs.

Assistant General Manager Requirements

Craft cocktail menu development experience
Manage Inventory and all related systems
Control Costs
Train, coach, and develop hourly team members and drive sales
Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu

Assistant General Manager Qualifications

4+ years of Bar Manager experience
Tenure of 2+ years
Ability to build relationships with vendors
Understand a P&L and daily administration
Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
