Full job description
- 4 or 4.5 day work week -- flexible scheduling available
- 30 min rechecks, 45 min new patient appointments
- 100% outpatient setting
- Long-term commitment preferred -- 6+ months
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal

From $190.00 to $230.00 hourly
