Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Minimum one year home health experience HCHB documentation experience Associates Degree PT license

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 8:00-4:30 Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient Coverage areas include Pickaway, Fairfield, and Ross County for one PT, and Muskingum, Licking, and Fairfield County for another PT
