RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Med Surg unit. In this leadership-oriented bedside role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients, oversee daily unit flow, and support nursing staff. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and updating care plans, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, mentor clinical staff, support performance improvement initiatives, and promote a compassionate, patient-centered environment aligned with HCA’s mission and values.
