Registered Nurse Clinical Lead

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for our Emergency Department. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for diverse, high-acuity patients while supporting a compassionate, patient-focused culture. You will serve as a clinical expert and mentor for ED nurses, guiding triage, assessment, and treatment, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll champion safety, quality, and performance-improvement initiatives, support staff development, and contribute to an inclusive environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
