About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Pennsylvania (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

This position requires regular travel to our customer sites throughout the P hiladelphia and its western suburbs down toward Delaware. Candidates must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius, including: Glen Mills, Philadelphia, West Chester, Ardmore, Kennett Square, Downingtown,Malvern, King of Prussia, and Media PA.

. Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hanging Numerous Items on Walls
• Minor Sheetrock Repair
• Patching & Painting
• Assembling office furniture
• Various handyman work

Role Requirements:

• 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
• Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs and ladders
