Piedmont Medical Center – Rock Hill | Rock Hill, SC

Piedmont Medical Center, a 288-bed Level III Trauma Center , is seeking Registered Nurses to join its Operating Room team. This high-acuity department performs approximately 500 surgical cases per month across 15 operating rooms and provides care for orthopedic, neuro/spine, general, GYN, robotics, ENT, urology, and podiatry patients. The OR offers a supportive, hands-on environment with cross-training opportunities .

Key Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, primarily 10- or 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
• Call: Once per week and 1 weekend every 6 weeks
• Requirements: Active RN license, 1+ year of OR experience or 2+ years of ED, ICU, PACU, or pre/post-op experience ; BLS required and ACLS obtained during orientation ; Associate's or BSN accepted.
• Compensation: Starting at $31/hr (based on experience) with weekend ($3/hr) and night ($4.50/hr) differentials.
• Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 24 months) and relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
