Direct Patient Care PTA

Encompass Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care PTA to deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient setting. Working closely with physical therapists and an interdisciplinary team, you will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, support mobility and gait training, and document patient progress in our EMR. You’ll educate patients and families, ensure safety and infection control, and contribute to discharge planning.
