Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.

Required Qualifications:
PA-C designation (NCCPA)

Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substance required

Current AZ license or eligibility

ACLS/BLS required

Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics is preferred, but new grads will be considered

Mentorship available

Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required

The ability to read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests is a plus or obtain training within 6 months of employment
