~7 am - 3 pm in-house, then out-of-house call
~2 - 7 patients per shift, with 1 - 3 daily admissions
~ Level II NICU and newborn nursery -- no ped floor or ED consults
~ Level I nursery, Level II NICU experience, and deliveries required
~ Leave coverage
~ We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
