About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Richmond, CA.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $30 Per Hour
• Typical weekly earnings: $1,200 - $1,800
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am Start time
• Typical shifts: 8–10 hours, with occasional longer days depending on workload

Job Details

• Route Type: Consistent local routes with pre-loaded materials
• Freight / Load Type: Construction material
• Equipment: Pre-loaded flatbed freight with strapping required (no tarping)
• Handling: No touch freight

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
• Transport general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable flatbed driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
