In this role, you’ll deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, managing vents and telemetry, and coordinating complex treatment plans. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize critical patients, educate families, and support safe discharges.
