Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our ED Observation unit. In this fast-paced role, you’ll provide evidence-based care to patients requiring short-term monitoring and treatment, perform rapid assessments and triage, administer medications, and monitor responses. You’ll collaborate closely with emergency providers and interdisciplinary teams, support safe transitions of care, educate patients and families, and champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment with strong support for professional growth.
