Production Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Vesper, WI

Pay Range: $25.85

Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off

What's the Job?

• Staging materials in preparation for dryer operations when applicable
• Maintaining pace and hitting production targets efficiently
• Ensuring system accuracy in scanning and movements
• Making basic SAP transactions correctly keeping the system accurate in terms of scanning and movements
• Understand batch/lot, sampling and HACCP procedures / systems

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions including hot, cold, wet, and humid settings
