• 10-hour shifts -- 7 am - 5 pm plus call
• 5 - 7 ICU patients per day
• 2 - 3 pulmonary consults per day
• Inpatient ICU coverage
• Central arterial lines and bronchoscopies required
• 7 - 10 shifts per month -- ongoing coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
