Charge Nurse

Touchstone Communities is seeking an LVN/RN Charge Nurse to lead compassionate, person-centered care in our Texas skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate and oversee resident care, administer medications and treatments, and ensure accurate documentation. You will supervise and mentor LVNs, CNAs, and support staff while promoting safety, dignity, and clinical excellence. Working within a faith-based, servant-leadership culture, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, long-term care needs, and quality of life for residents and their families.
