Multi-Unit Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–6 years of proven success overseeing multiple locations within a full-service, casual dining environment with bar operations
  • Strong foundation in team leadership, business operations, and effective communication
  • Leadership: Energetic and personable, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate high-performing teams
  • Business Acumen: Proficient in managing P&L performance with a results-driven, growth-focused approach
  • People-Focused Mindset: Passionate about coaching, developing, and motivating others
  • Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities

Multi-Unit Operations Manager Preferred Skills:

Multi-Unit Operations Manager Must Haves:
