Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP)

A growing OBGYN practice on Californias beautiful Central Coast is seeking an experienced
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with surgical first-assist experience
to join its collaborative Womens Health team near Monterey.
Prior OB/YN experience is not required!
Candidates with surgical experience in orthopedics, urology, general surgery, or other surgical specialties are encouraged to apply. The practice will provide womens health training for candidates interested in transitioning into OBGYN.
Position Highlights
Join an established team of
7 OBGYN Physicians , 1 NP, 1 Urogynecologist, 1 Urogynecology PA, and Gynecologic Oncology support
Combination of
outpatient OBGYN care, inpatient rounding, and surgical first assist
First assist for
gynecologic surgeries and cesarean deliveries
Training provided in womens health and outpatient OB/GYN care
Monday–Friday,
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
36 patient hours + 4 administrative hours
No call
Strong physician collaboration and support
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
$158,000–$193,000

wRVU productivity compensation

$2,000 + 5 days

Candidate Requirements
Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Surgical first-assist experience within the past 24 months
(any surgical specialty)
Strong interest in womens health and willingness to train in OB/GYN
Eligible for California licensure and hospital privileges
Robotic surgery experience preferred, but not required
