Nursing Manager

St. David's Medical Center seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. The Nursing Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise and mentor RN staff, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practice and regulatory standards. This role collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive excellent patient outcomes, patient safety, and quality metrics. The Nursing Manager will manage budgets, support performance improvement initiatives, coordinate staff education, and foster a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with St. David’s values.
