About the Position
We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator & Warehouse Support in Dallas, TX, offering a pay rate of $18 per hour. This position involves general warehouse duties consisting of manual labor and forklift operation, including receiving, cycle counts, and quality control of delivery trucks and transfers.
Job Details
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed
- Equipment: Forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks
- Handling: Heavy touch
Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming trucks and place merchandise in designated inventory storage areas.
- Move, organize, and place warehouse materials safely and securely.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as authorized.
- Perform inventory counting and control duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to safely lift and handle 100 lb. weight boxes and packages regularly.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Must read and write English effectively.
