In this hands-on leadership role, you will diagnose and repair mixers, loaders, trucks, and plant equipment, oversee preventative maintenance, and guide a small team of mechanics and apprentices. You’ll prioritize safety, coordinate repairs with operations, maintain accurate service records, and support uptime for concrete and aggregate deliveries across projects.
