Lead Installer

Marvin is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee installation of premium windows, doors, and skylights for residential and commercial projects. You will lead a small crew on-site, read and interpret plans, ensure precise measurements, and complete high-quality, weather-tight installations. Responsibilities include training installers, coordinating with contractors and customers, enforcing safety standards, and troubleshooting issues in the field. You’ll document work, maintain tools and equipment, and uphold Marvin’s craftsmanship and customer service standards while mentoring others and supporting continuous improvement.
