The Patient Advocate and Treatment Coordinator is a patient focused role, responsible for supported treatment acceptance, coordinating care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This individual serves as a trusted resource to patients by providing education, financial guidance, treatment coordination, and ongoing communication throughout the treatment process.
The Patient Advocate and Treatment Coordinator works closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure patients understand their treatment options, feel confident in their decisions, and receive outstanding service every stage of care. This position plays an important role in helping patients move forward with treatment while supporting the overall success and growth of the practice.
