Full job description
Join the Greater South Shore's Leading Teaching Practice for Physical Therapy
- Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day
- Student loans: We pay them down until they're gone
- Professional development: $15,000+ invested in your first 18-24 months
- Visit structure: 1:1 patient care
- Documentation: AI-supported + Prompt EMR to cut down on after-hours charting
- Schedules: Predictable and thoughtfully built
- Autonomy: You decide the plan of care - PT-led clinical decisions
- Support staff: Exercise Specialists on the floor, so you can focus on being a clinician
- Leadership: Direct access to PT leaders who have been in your shoes
Mentorship & Professional Development:
- 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
- Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
- Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
- Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
- In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
- Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
