Full job description
ChristianaCare is seeking a part-time Inpatient Speech Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include conducting evidence-based evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy at the bedside and in treatment areas, and documenting care in the electronic health record. The clinician will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, rehab therapists, and case managers to optimize outcomes, support safe discharges, and educate patients, families, and staff.
