Speech Language Pathologist

VNS Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based care to patients in the Bronx. In this role, you will assess and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in their homes. You will develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and educate families and caregivers on communication and safety strategies. Working within a compassionate, collaborative team, you will document outcomes, participate in care conferences, and help patients maintain independence and quality of life in the community.
