Dialysis RN Charge Nurse

As a Dialysis RN Charge Nurse at U.S. Renal Care, you will lead a patient-first dialysis team delivering high-quality care to individuals with chronic and acute kidney disease. In this onsite role, you coordinate and oversee daily treatments, perform thorough assessments, manage vascular access, administer medications, and ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control standards. You will supervise and support nurses and technicians, collaborate closely with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on dialysis, diet, and fluid management.
