We are looking for passionate phlebotomy leaders to provide oversight, support, and direction to our dedicated in office phlebotomists at our large client groups. This role will provide IOP services within assigned strategic accounts, with a primary focus on large, multi-location corporate clients and key physician groups to ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with client expectations and organizational standards. - Strong verbal, written, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, department leaders, and key internal stakeholders.

- Solid business acumen with the ability to balance tactical execution, long-term planning, and operational and quality impacts.
- Proven leadership ability to mentor, guide, motivate, and foster teamwork among leaders and front-line staff.
- Creative, compliance-focused problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory agency requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience using quality and performance data to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, or other relevant regulatory or accreditation standards preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree in business, health care administration or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Five (5) years of experience in within laboratory, business development and relationship building with healthcare providers, employer and consumer groups.
- Two (2) years' supervisory experience with an emphasis on business or healthcare management with exposure to laboratory environment.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy.
- Placement in Mobile/Long Term Care department requires ADHS Fingerprinting Certification or the ability to obtain fingerprinting certification. Note: If a client group offers behavioral health they may be required to obtain ADHS Fingerprint Clearance Certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- National certification in field of study.
- Five (5) years' leadership experience.
- Extensive healthcare or laboratory operations experience
- Experience using Six Sigma and/or Lean workflow.
- Additional related education and/or experience.
